In this spoof episode I'm pushing back against what has become the norm when trying to contact most big companies these days.
this episode was collaborated on by four of my Good friends .
Why a spoof episode I hear you ask ,As you may or may not know I am very concerned with the progression of The use of A.I
In call centres and also the now frequent un-navigable websites “which are of no help whatsoever,

A week or two ago I spent what seemed like hrs trying to speak to someone from the power company we use ,

The answer that I was seeking wasn’t on any menu on their unfriendly website and the call was cut off after twenty minutes of waiting -time and again,

And when eventually I did get through to someone ‘ the disinterest was apparent,

This episode isn’t that long but greatly irritating because I’ve tried to recreate the typical call centre experience ,

Having said that there is good humour contained within and irony,

It’s meant to highlight the growing problems we all face when trying to speak to someone and just want a little help .
