Are we in the midst of a men's health crisis?

In today's episode of the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dr. Rob Kominiarek.

Dr. Rob is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians with more than 25 years of experience helping thousands of patients reclaim their health through hormone optimization.

Dr. Rob has advanced certifications in age management medicine and bioidential hormone replacement therapy. He is also the president and medical director of ReNue Health, a U.S. Army veteran, a renowned speaker, and Amazon bestselling author.

Dr. Rob's passion is directed toward the overall health of the mind and body through proper nutrition, regular exercise, appropriate supplementation, and the intelligent optimization of hormones when clinically necessary.

In today's conversation, we talk about Dr. Rob's experience at the forefront of men's testosterone optimization and how the practice of testosterone optimization has changed over the course of his career.

We talk about the myths and misunderstandings around testosterone and why laboratory parameters around what is considered quote-unquote normal have shifted in the last decade.
