A drastic shift in the attitudes of people post the pandemic, where their mental well-being is taking a priority over their careers, over their burnout and stress. What remains to be seen is how fast this attitude is penetrating the world over because even this month there has been a tragedy at work: a 33 year old employee working in an MNC was found dead in her office. The reason sighted was overwork and burnout.
