Investing in yourself is critically important to the success of your business. It’s easy to want to invest in equipment, social media, editing and the like, but unless you also invest in yourself, you won’t have the personal tools to build a business. One way to invest in yourself is to attend industry conferences where you can learn from industry veterans, gain new ideas and knowledge, network with others in the field and, well, relax and have a little fun as well.
