Today's episode focuses on physician leadership development and mentorship in the field of orthopedics.
We are joined by Dr. Dean Taylor and Dr. Carolyn Hettrich! Dr. Taylor is the Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship at Duke University and is a team physician for Duke Athletics. He is the current President of AOSSM and is also the chair of the Feagin Leadership Program. Dr. Hettrich is a principle investigator for the MOON Shoudler Group, former Chief of the Shoulder Service at Brigham & Womens and recently finished her tenure as Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee, which oversees the Emerging Leaders Program.
