To feel calm, grounded, stable and at ease in our life - especially in moments of change or uncertainty - we have to check in with our body AND our mind.
This episode is about the basics / foundations of Nervous System Regulation :)
Learn simple practices to help you communicate safety to your body in the moment - so you feel grounded and present amidst discomfort vs. anxious or triggered.
The foundational tools are explained in simple language and references are applicable to everyday life - so you can start noticing patterns in your own life and making changes to self-regulate, NOW :)

Disclaimer: I am NOT a doctor. This is my perspective on the topic, anchored in the work of various thought leaders + physicians (like Andrew Huberman, Irene Lyons, Peter Levine, Joe Dispenza + Dr. Gabor Mate to name a few) paired with my own life experiences and healing journey from burnout, grief, severe injury and other events.
