Felipe is the founding partner of Artisan Consulting. In his own words... "My purpose is to enable more humane organizations, where people can fulfill their potential and create shared-value. I pursue this purpose combining the roles of consultant, facilitator and executive coach. Clients value my partnership and dedication to a deep, systemic, and consistent work. After having worked for 10 years in large companies, I spent the last 16 years as a consultant and coach, involved in strategic alignment, transformation programs, and executive development. Mechanical engineer, with a master’s degree in Sciences of Engineering in IME (Institute of Military Engineering), people management extension in INSEAD, leadership extension in Wharton and Finance administration extension in FGV. Henrique has more than 20 years of experience in HR, but have also worked in engineering, operations, logistics and financial planning for other 10 years. Developed most of his career at Shell, being HR leader for Brazil and Latin America.
