Anders "Andy" Troedsson is a Team Coach at BestTeam in Stockholm, Sweden and a Founding Board Member of Sveriges Teamcoacher. He is an organizational coach with more than 25 years of hands-on experience as a leader in corporate settings. He has led and supported individual contributors, managers executives, management teams and organizations in their development. Andy is an independently certified Team and Individual coach by ICF and a certified team coach by both Team Coaching International and 6Team Conditions. Today his work is focused on key teams, teams of teams and their leaders.

Peter Englén is Chairman at Sweden's Teamcoacher and a Team Coach at BestTeam based out of Stockholm, Sweden. He is a team coach with a focus on team and leadership development. Since 1998, Peter has worked in the areas of leadership and organizational development, strategic consulting and coaching. Anders and Peter are the authors of the book "Att leda team: 60 tips som ökar din systemintelligens." Translation: "Leading Teams: 60 Tips to Increase Your Systems Intelligence."
