Being naked and feeling exposed, raw and beyond all that and the physical nature of it and seeing and importantly feeling you as you are.
In this episode, I sit in my podcast studio completely naked as I want to strip away and work on why I am uncomfortable in this body and that it is truly not about the outside at all.
I have known this for a long time but acknowledge that I don't truly believe it in my heart and soul. Today I surrender this thought and free myself and embrace my uniqueness and embrace me.
I am empowered by my internal unwavering strength and fortitude, my thirst and drive for knowledge, my empathetic core and my innocence in the true discoveries of life, love and relationships.
