The focus in this episode is on the retirement plans and practices of employees and those opting for entrepreneurship. You will be challenged to ask yourself what is your spending ratio, as it relates to how you spend on wants and needs.
The analogy used during this episode played off the hugely successful book by Robert Kiyosaki, 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad'. But instead referenced the retirement planning of my entrepreneurial grandparents and my employee grandparents. Many Americans do not have the type of long-term savings that will insure a comfortable retirement, and this show will offer up a reason to take some time to really Think About It...
