The foundation of your family is an important factor in determining the happiness and success of your kids.

If you aren't there for your children, they will find someone else to guide them...oftentimes they'll look to friends.

Many experts say the brain doesn't fully develop until the age of 25. This makes it even more important to continue to share your wisdom with your children as they continue to grow.

You have 365 days per year and 18 years at home with each child which leads to thousands of days for lessons learned. Your kids are always watching, so modeling your own behavior and actions must be a top priority.

Here to talk about this and much more is Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Author Kathy Brodsky. Kathy joins the show to talk about her experiences as a psychotherapist for over 40 years.
