In the second of two episodes, Sheryl Wynne shares with us what it means to become trauma-informed and what it is like in her experience.
In becoming aware of trauma, she has moved forward to support others to recognise trauma and is now running monthly courses to help birth workers, hypnobirthing instructors and others, to open their eyes to the best way to support women and birthing people throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.
