We have our first guest episode, coach Sarah is the chief coach, overseeing all my physical preparation to cross the 5 deserts, stay injury-free, optimize recover and build a body that can endure the hard year ahead. From working with the NFL, supporting writing the strength training chapter in the best-selling book Training Essentials for Ultrarunning by Jason Koop, coach of many pro athletes, and being an ultra-runner herself, Sarah is an expert strength training coach, who I trusted my preparation for this challenge. Of course, the usual Andy stories and fun chat, heading into this first desert.
