My 100 mile race is being MODIFIED. Instead of a 100 mile race, I will now run from sunrise to sunset, this Saturday, September 9th.

I'm sharing the why behind it and the LESSONS I learned from this training season to make this change & how you can take these lessons to go after YOUR big goals & know it is okay to modify & that is actually how goals & growth work!

-Learn what signs to look out for that are telling you something & you need to listen to and evaluate then vs when you are burned out & just say F*ck it and quit.

-Learn how to have your own self awareness to keep finding what is right for YOU & this particular season in life vs. life that once was.

I am sharing this is to show the REAL LIFE of what going for big goals looks like, how to navigate life & modify your goals vs. simply quitting, and give anyone that needs it, permission to PLAY BIG, even if you don't hit your original goal, but instead to use alllll the lessons from evaluating to grow & get even better!
