27. I GET to vs. I ‘have to/I should’ - use this TOOL TODAY.

This is a short & sweet & POWERFUL episode on shifting your thoughts from, “I have to…go workout. I should eat healthy. I have to get up early.” Which will have you feeling like 😫😑😤 and a victim to your circumstances.
Vs. when you say, “I GET to…go workout. I GET to wake up early!. I GET to work hard towards my goals. I GET to eat healthy.” Which will have you feeling motivated & energized instantly. Try it.
All throughout your day, try shifting to ‘I GET to’ in any area that is challenging you or has you feeling like a victim, that you can't because of XYZ.
I want you all to take this as a TOOL.
Just like you have a hammer, screwdriver, wrench, etc. in your toolbox, you now have this thought, “I GET to,” as a tool in your goals toolbox. Pull it out and use as needed, maybe daily initially, all throughout your day, then eventually weekly or as needed.
