We hope this finds you in good fettle. It's time for another episode of the weightlifting podcast that really does only contain trace elements of weightlifting at the best of times. Plenty to discuss this week as we recorded this hot off the back of my (Rob's) 50th Birthday trip to New York that Helen so kindly took me on. I've wanted to go since I can't remember way back when and I've found it hard to truly articulate how brilliant an experience it was to visit, like London the sheer depth of humanity and life on display blew my little country mouse socks off!
