I'm your host, Rachael Evans. and I know from experience that bravery isn't just about physical feats of greatness, and it certainly isn't just found on the battlefield. For too long. The everyday acts of bravery carried out by women the world over have been ignored by a society that likes to bestow bravery accolades on athletes, soldiers and famous personalities.

On this podcast, we'll be sharing the stories of women, some famous and some not, who like you have overcome all kinds of adversity in order to thrive. You'll hear stories from experts, journalists, politicians, athletes, authors, speakers, entrepreneurs and business owners, wives, daughters and mothers.

You'll learn there is so much more to bravery than what we've been led to believe, and that the things you might write off as just being part of life, are in fact, incredibly brave.
