Joining me for a very special waffle is the brilliant singer, model and mental health advocate, Josh Cuthbert
Josh joins me for a very open and honest conversation about his own personal mental health challenges, including suicidal thoughts and anxiety. Not only is Josh encouraging others to open up about their mental health, he is now an ambassador for the incredible Samaritans
We have a waffle about his journey to working with Samaritans and how it led him to running the London Marathon for them earlier this year. We also have a chat about the various coping mechanisms that he utilises and why he's on a mission to get men talking about thier emotions.
It wouldn't be The Waffle Shop without a waffle about music so we get to hear the songs that have soundtracked his personal journey and of course, what songs get him on the dancefloor!
This episode contains some powerful conversation that some listeners may find triggering, if you are affected by anything mentioned in this episode, please reach out
Myself and Josh are proof that things can and will get better, sometimes all we need is a bit of help
Huge shoutout to Samaritans for making this happen
