It's not easy to assert ones one space - especially when it can feel like an imposition. Susan Popoola's "Mosaic World" approach fosters acceptance of not only diversity and inclusion, but of the community which is welcoming it. "It's about giving everyone a voice and a space" says Susan - and we need to ask not assume, because sometimes, she reminds us "People, for example, men, may want to join a space, but think they are unwelcome...yet it is through openness that change can sometimes be better facilitated."
