What do you do when life smacks you with stress, anxiety, and a flooded apartment against the backdrop of a viral pandemic?

Jocelyn is forced to reassess her life’s purpose and health after losing her job and apartment during the uncertain period of the COVID-19 pandemic. She noticed its effect on her mind and body, including her posture! She takes us on an inspirational journey about emotional intelligence and stress and their effects on our social situations from the lessons learned. How do we switch our mindsets through self-love and acknowledgment of our situations to drive better and healthier actions?

About Jocelyn

Jocelyn is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Charlotte, NC but her wellness journey began years before she got her certification.

Growing up in Latin America, she was raised with a definition of wellness where regular outdoor activity and balanced eating are the cornerstones of good health.

That was her view of wellness until she reached a point in her life where she was struggling to stay motivated and confident about her future even though she was doing “all the right things.”

It was the day she decided to leave a toxic relationship that she realized that there are influences in her life beyond daily health habits that were impacting her happiness and wellbeing.

After overcoming the emotional burnout and fatigue, she felt an unwavering calling to help others redefine wellness to live their most brave, optimistic, self-aware, and self-confident life (B.O.S.S. life).
