We discuss how sense data is converted into a "world" complete with labels and beliefs, how we might modulate our story to see aspects that are more conducive to happiness and human flourishing, going on a news diet, the nature of the subject of our stories (i.e., no-self realization), why social media and NextDoor in particular can be poisonous to our story-world, and MUCH more.
