Greg Rand with Renters Warehouse is on air with Abhi and they are back for another episode of the Power Play! They are answering listeners’ questions and start off the segment with a question from Bryce from Colorado. He has been a real estate investor for over seven years and is contemplating partnering up with someone. He wants to know if this is a beneficial experience and Greg and Abhi have their opinion for him and anyone that is contemplating partnering up with someone. The second question comes from Clint who lives in a college town in Bloomington, Ind. He wants to know if it’s a good idea to invest in college town rentals. He wants to start investing but realizes that in the city where he resides, it is unlikely to invest because of the extremely high property prices. He wants to know how he can start looking at other markets and wants to know if it is practical to do long-distance investing. Greg advises that he finds someone to be a point person for whatever market he decides to invest.
