Alex Nashton, an incredible coach who specializes in using neuroscience and mindfulness. Alex has spent the last 10 years teaching the highly ambitious how to master their own minds. Six of those years were spent formally studying neuroscience at UCLA. Alex's favorite part of coaching is supporting her clients in overcoming relationship anxiety, codependency, insecure attachment styles, and increasing confidence in dating. In addition to her one-on-one coaching practice, Alex acts a mentor and teacher trainer for other coaches, psychotherapists, counselors, and mindfulness teachers looking to cultivate their skillset in supporting individuals with anxiety and other fear-based patterns of behavior.
