In this episode, we look at the future of the construction industry and the role that three young female entrepreneurs are playing in shaping it. From embracing new technologies to promoting diversity and inclusion, these women are leading the way towards a more innovative, sustainable, and equitable future for construction.
Future Lady Tradies (FLT) is an initiative that was established by Kayla, Aleah, and Taleah to offer support to apprentice girls in trades. They are all employed by Meka Recruitment, which recruits for construction. They hope to establish a panel of young women with the tools to consistently adapt to the needs on site.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did speaking with Kayla, Aleah, and Taleah and that you get a few key takeaways that can help you strengthen your trade or business practices.
