Welcome to procrastination station! We’ve all been in scenarios where our to-do list is just less exciting than a Tiktok scroll, Wikipedia deep dive, or navigating the madness that is Zara’s website. And before we know it, hours have passed & we’re more exhausted with no productivity to show for it. Today we’re taking a deeper look at why we procrastinate, the short-term & long-term effects it has on our mental health, relationships & general outlook on our own identities & some practical strategies to minimize the negatives. Enjoy!
