This week we’re talking about comparison. It’s nearly (if not fully) impossible to avoid comparing ourselves to others, whether on social media or in our closest friend & family circles. In this episode, we talk candidly about cultivating self-compassion, how comparison can help us uncover our deeper selves, & also how much utter bullshit exists in the world that preys on & perpetuates the human tendency to compare. You’re not the problem babe, it’s the world. Cheers!
