While our culture, values, and beliefs differ, we all have a common denominator: to have our needs met.

As human beings, we all have the same basic needs, but how we value, prioritize and apply it determines the trajectory of our life.

Every day, we are driven by the need to meet our needs. We do what we do because we want to feel satisfied or we unconsciously fulfill it because it’s part of our human instincts.

When you meet these universal human needs, you’ll experience joy and fulfillment. But when you don’t meet these needs, you’ll feel dissatisfied and feeling miserable.
