I use this episode to dissect two things; my spectacular overreaction to a seemingly normal situation that took place yesterday, before dissecting a framework I've been designing for a few months now, to better help me understand what c-PTSD Recovery looks like, sounds like and feels like as I move through it. I'm sharing what I learned about me, my overreaction, my recovery, those 4-stages to recovery, and a wee look at the cost involved with the lingering effects of stress, that we continue to avoid, ignore or distract from.
