Meditation is an amazing tool for relaxing, health, and spiritual growth. For many, it's a daunting practice to learn and makes us feel like we are failing when we try it. After listening to Dan Harris' Ten Percent Happier, I learned how to meditate in a way that is easy to do and helps me experience what meditation is supposed to provide. In this 12.5 minute podcast, I share tips that have helped me to truly cherish my meditation time.
