I loved this chat with Jess and I was especially drawn to her originally because of her authentic nature. She's REAL AF and I love that. She tells her clients how it really is and sets them up for success in doing so.
I've worked with a few business coaches in my time and I can see that Jess really does base her actions from a place of authenticity and alignment with her core values. She isn't in this game just for the money and to scale, scale, scale no matter what the cost.
Jess really cares about her clients and seeing them succeed.
