We start the show out with Johnny's public service announcement. He had quite a scare with his heart health over the weekend and wants to spread the message about the importance of getting regular checkups. Then we recap the happenings and excitement at Western States this year. We go over race results from Yeti in WA, Black Hills, Dawg Gone Long Run, and Lavaredo 120K. Kristian Morgan's AT FKT attempt came to a sudden halt and we are not sure what happened. Bob Stewart set a new unsupported FKT on the PA section of the AT. Kyle Curtain sets a new FKT on the Colorado Trail. We talk about the Western States Golden Ticket races for next year's race and also about how difficult it is to get in now. We close the show out with another tragic Western States ending from the 2006 race.
