Eyegum Music Collective has become a household name in Wellington, creating an accessible space for local artists to stage live events. However, the collective has run into controversy recently following serious allegations of sexual harassment taking place at events and situations where artists have not been paid for their performances.

In this episode, we speak to Alexa Casino (@alexacasino) who has been fighting to be paid for her performance at "Gathering in the Forrest" - a three-day music festival run by Eyegum. We speak to her recent run-in with the collective and hear her speak on incidents of sexual harassment that have taken place at their events. While only one side of the story, the nature of these allegation are troubling. The offer for someone representing Eyegum to respond to what Alexa has to say still stands.
