Chris is another dear friend and business partner of mine.

Together we formed Thirteen Pines, a company dedicated to the conscious evolution of men. If you’re interested in what our company is up to and how we are bringing transformation to the world, listen to episode 1 and 2 with Allan Mcgrath and Nic Warner, the other two founders involved in Thirteen Pines.

Chris spent his 20’s as a competitive Crossfit athlete, Ironman competitor, gym owner, and serial entrepreneur, until a sudden brain injury while competing left him debilitated and stuck in bed recovering for months, where he had to reassess his entire life.

In this episode we dive into Chris’s journey of healing from his brain injury, how he went from an intense Type A personality to one of the chillest guys I know, how he got into somatic healing and running retreats doing inner child work, why we shouldn’t try to get rid of our childhood wounds, how to integrate deep healing experiences into your regular life, the two step process of radical transformation by taking sacred action and using affirmations, the importance of small wins and building momentum, preparing for fatherhood, and much, much more.
