So, for the first time I interviewed two women together. And instead of focusing purely on their stories, we focused on a journey they have walked together and separately.

We talk about the journey of “Coming home to self” and what that might mean to the individual. How birth itself and the conditioning of family and society can affect ones sense of self and feelings of belonging.

It’s a fascinating conversation from two very different yet similar perspectives.

Marina Robb is Founder and Managing Director of Circle of Life Rediscovery CIC and The Outdoor Teacher Ltd, leading organisations that aim to transform education and health through nature. She has worked with individuals, charities and the NHS to work with a wide range of challenges from mental health issues, disabilities, dementia and early psychosis.

JennyLynne Sessions is trained as a counsellor psychotherapist and shamanic healer. Her work can be best described as a bridge between worlds. She is an author, presenter, poet, artist, singer-songwriter, transformational speaker and fire-walking instructor (amongst other things).
