  1. [07:52] You can’t create a tremendous external story if you’re struggling with a faulty inner story.
  2. [21:12] People appreciate hearing about conflict and failure stories and how they were overcome because they make us see that those things are possible.
  3. [31:07] Every eighteen months is a reasonable amount of time to try and unpack where you are in your career, what you have done in the past eighteen months that feels like success, what you have gained, what isn’t working, etc.
