It's awards season! The Tutors' Association awards really got me thinking about the importance of celebrating our achievements.
So, I recorded an episode about it!
In it, I talk about how it isn't necessarily about winning awards, but more about the importance of celebrating our achievements - something, we often don't make space for.
And I talk about ways we can embed this into our routine, even if we don't apply for awards.
