Tiffany is UNLV graduate who Founded TIABI about 8 years ago which stands for “To Inspire And Be Inspired”, the company’s mission statement. The coffee shop offers espressos, tea fusions, lattes, vegan smoothies, toasted sandwiches, waffles, cookies and vegan and gluten-free options. TIABI is a great place to study, hang out and make new friends.
Tiffany also owns The Jolt Coffee which serve locally roasted coffees, smoothies, teas and exceptional sammies! What’s on the Menu?? Highly Recommended: Pistachio Latte, Portobello Mushroom Chicken Sammie and they have a Vegan Jackfruit Sammie. In addition, they offer freshly baked pastries and many vegan options. The Jolt is a sister café to TIABI and was a lunch inspired concept that would be great for anyone on the go. The Jolt is exactly as it sounds. They aim to put a pep in your step and make your day with incredible coffee and food.
