Hello Kings and Queens, It's Village Mentality Wednesday!!!

In this week's episode, I will be talking about, "Shifting Your Mindset." Change can be challenging, whether a significant change or a minor one. However, embracing change can lead to personal growth, fulfillment, and healthier relationships. People who welcome mindset shift and adopt to new situations may also experience improved mental health, including decreased anxiety and depression. Let's talk about it and let's learn together how it can be helpful to build resilience.

In my segment, "Let's Talk About It," March is Self-Harm/Self-Injury Awareness Month. There are various forms of Self-Harm, tune in to learn all about them. Also, check out who I will be highlighting for Black History Wednesday.
