Have you ever felt insecure about yourself?
If so, how did this impact on your life?
We do not like to feel insecure, but most of us at some point or another will experience feelings of insecurity. Nevertheless, some of us will experience intense insecurity. When this is the case it can be important to reach out for help.
There is no perfection in life, there is no perfect life, no perfect job, no perfect body, no perfect person. But somehow people wish to be perfect in order to be loved, admired, successful.
In reality we do not want to be perfect, we just want to be ourselves and be loved by who we are.
