Coach Joe Stokowski is the Special teams Coordinator and Director of Sports Science at Grayson H.S. He is a 2012 graduate of Illinois State University where he also coached as an undergraduate assistant and defensive intern. Stokowski spent the next three seasons at Farmington Central High School (IL), one as an assistant (2013) and two as defensive coordinator (2014-15). He served as head coach for both football and boys track &
field at Villa Grove High School (IL) from 2016-2018, a tenure that included a 2017 2A playoff appearance. Coach Stokowski moved to Pepperell H.S. before landing at Grayson
