In this week's episode, I talk to retired Army Chief Warrant Office, Thomas Shipp about his mission to share his journey and how he is navigating PTSD. Thomas is using the acronym PTSD to deliberately focus on Peace, Therapy, Serenity, and Discovery. We had this discussion in 2019 before the world was shut down but he is still planning his "My PTSD" tour once the world opens up and it's safe to do so.
