1. Picture your thought as a rung for the ladder you’re standing on.
2. Picture yourself choosing a thought that’s just 1% better than the thought you’re currently thinking.
3. Be intentional, and screw that thought into your ladder. Repeat it to yourself so you can climb up and move forward.
