In this episode, CJ describes her journey living with chronic disease. Many people suffer and live with invisible diseases or disabilities. Thank you CJ for being an advocate, shining a light on this issue, and giving us an insight into what it is like to live with a chronic disease.

You do not have to cope with a chronic illness alone. Talk to your doctor about getting access to mental health support services, including:

  • counselling
  • psychology
  • social workers.

You may be able to get some of these services for no or low cost.
