Jessica McIlveen

Growing up in a childhood environment filled with anxiety, depression, and addiction, Jessica McIlveen knows all too well the disharmony that is created for everyone in the family when these are present in the home.
Jessica has been working with families around the world since 2012 as a leading parent coach, speaker, and researcher to bring harmony and connection back into their homes.
Jessica is a degree-qualified social worker, Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Child Yoga Therapist, and was Australia’s first Epigenetic Behavioural Coach.
Beginning her professional career as a social worker, Jessica felt stifled by systemic restrictions on how she could support families through the social work and foster care systems.
After experiencing severe panic attacks for the first time at the age of twenty-nine, Jessica began to explore the mind-body connection and discovered the therapeutic benefits of yoga for children with special needs and those impacted by trauma.
In 2022, Jessica launched the Happy Home Network, which is like an Amazon for families offering holistic and science-based support with access to many different modalities.
In this episode, Jessica talks about how she supports parents in creating connected relationships with their children through empowering body, mind, and spirit processes.
Thus, allowing parents to know and understand their biological expression and stages of development to better meet the needs of their children as well as evolve themselves.
Jessica set out on a clichè life of saving children and parents because she couldn't save her own.
This is a must-listen for all mothers who put their needs last the moment their child came into this world.
Who doesn’t feel as important as everyone else or believes no one cares about them?
She talks about overcoming fear of judgment and control issues.
