Failure is extremely important. Many high performance individuals say that some of their greatest failures have led them to their greatest successes.
Change the way you look at failure, it happens. If used correctly, it can and will lead to future success.

Michael Jordan locked himself in his room and cried after being cut from the high school basketball team. Oprah Winfrey was demoted from her job as a news anchor because she “wasn’t fit for television”. Einstein wasn’t able to speak until he was 4 and teachers said he “wouldn’t amount to much”

Understand that when learning or doing something new, you absolutely will fail! As always, we do our best not to fail. Learn from the failure and use that experience, grit your teeth, and continue pushing towards your goal.
