[Note from 2024: We were lucky enough to record this convo with Gilbert at his home back in 2015 and honestly, hanging out with him will forever be a career highlight for us. He was so funny and so kind. His wife, Dara, was also incredibly nice to us, just three creeps she found hanging out in her living room one morning. We continue to miss him terribly.
