To defeat discouragement you have to get ahead of it and dwell on God and his goodness instead of your problems.
What we are going through calls us, it even shouts at us, but we cannot listen less we be dragged into the rabbit hole.
God gave us numerous biblical examples like Joseph, and David who were discouraged but still trusted Him.
Paul tells us to practice Phil. 4:83
