Justin Crow is High Performance Manager at Essendon Football Club, where he leads the performance operations for his elite team competing year in and year out overseeing a multitude of staff and over forty athletes. Justin uses unique skillsets in AFL to minimize injuries and maximize performance.

In this interview we discuss how Justin has applied “Antifragile” approaches to his own work at Essendon, and gives some examples of antifragile moments in the recent Rio Olympic Games. We also touch on sprinting for injury prevention, program design, and what historical character Justin would like to meet.
