Detoxing does not = deprivation. Any "cleanse" that immediately guarantees weight loss, instructs you to eat less, or really do anything extreme is likely not going to be a long term solution to the sub par health symptoms you're having. More often than not, our bodies just need a simple reset rather than a full blown intense detox, unless you're working 1:1 with a practitioner who is recommending something based on testing (i.e. parasites, infections). In this episode, we explain what detoxing even means, the organs involved in our body's natural detox processes, and an example of a healthy, holistic 5 day reset that will leave you feeling replenished and energized instead of lethargic and...lowkey worse :) LINKS & CODES: Trace Minerals LMNT Electrolyte Powder Castor Oil Packs Organic Olivia - liver juice, the cleanser, the purifier Owl Venice Reset How to Do A Salt Water Flush or Coffee Enema (please consult a practitioner before doing these) OUR PAST EPISODES: lymphatic drainage kidneys & regenerative detox Intro & Outro Song: What Would You Do? Instrumental x HONNE ft. Pink Sweat$ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5j3PAoNNfJg
