ABOUT GREG LEHRMANN

Greg Lehrmann is an attorney who has a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from The University of Texas and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. He is a North Texas/Oklahoma Division Manager with Asset Preservation Inc. API, a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, is a leading national IRC 1031 Qualified Intermediary and has handled over 200,000 exchanges throughout the country.

Mr. Lehrmann has 39 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, real estate agents/brokers, and investors in Texas and Oklahoma on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. His presentations feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.

Mr. Lehrmann and his wife have two sons: Jonathan is an attorney with Wright, Close & Barger in Houston and Gregory is an attorney with The Knight Law Group in Los Angeles.
